Recently, I had to say goodbye to Jax, my daily companion of more than thirteen years. This service provided an opportunity to go through that difficult process with a measure of dignity and grace. I absolutely cannot convey how much I appreciated the care and compassion that the staff showed to us in our time of need. At the very end, our timeline changed a little and we had to move the appointment up by a day due to his deteriorating condition; the staff was kind and accommodating. Once she was on site, Dr. Danielle was so thoughtful, informative, and understanding. She explained the process and gave me as much time as I needed to spend with Jax. I never felt rushed at all. She was empathetic and gracious. I am extremely grateful to whole team at Compassionate Pet Vet for providing this service – thank you forever.
