The Personal Touch

We know that your decision to have an in-home euthanasia was not an easy one. Compassionate Pet Vet is a mobile service devoted to assisting you, so that your beloved friend experiences dignity and love in their last moments in accordance with your wishes.

We personally answer all contacts to ensure that your concerns are addressed. Messages are returned as soon as possible within business hours, or early the next business day for contacts received after hours.

To Make an Appointment 

The Compassionate Pet Vet Veterinarians work on an appointment only basis and are available 7 days/week. Please complete the Contact Form; by doing this our Care Team will have the information needed to respond to your situation in the best possible manner. 

We are generally booked 24 hours in advance, with the occasional opening for a same day appointment. All contacts are answered as quickly as possible within business hours. Contacts received after business hours are not answered until early the next business day.

Although we would love to be able to be there for you; at times we cannot as our schedule is full. Please take into consideration when booking an appointment that if your beloved friend is in dire distress and in need of immediate assistance; it might be better to seek  emergency care so that he or she is not unduly suffering.

To Cancel an Appointment

Unfortunately no matter how we might like things to happen and have planned for them; it is not meant to be. If you have scheduled an appointment and no longer need it, please cancel by calling or texting as soon as possible (512-553-8333) so that we may assist others.

A Cancellation Fee may be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointed time, depending on the circumstances.

After Business Hours

Please complete the Contact Form to leave an after hour message. Messages will be returned as early as possible, but no later than the next business day.

In Urgent Circumstances

Although we would love to be able to be there for you; at times we cannot.  We understand that your pet is your first priority.

If your beloved friend is in dire distress and in need of immediate assistance and you cannot reach us by text (512-553-8333) or it is after hours; it might be better to seek emergency care so that he or she is not unduly suffering.
