They made the process very easy, and the level of compassion and empathy everyone on the team showed was so key to our ability to let our dog go. The ability to say goodbye from the comfort of our own home allowed for privacy and for our dog to have no fear or anxiety. It was the hardest decision we’ve had to do, but the team made the process peaceful and loving, and allowed our dog to take the step into afterlife with dignity.
