As Bob got older and his kidney disease progressed, my daily prayers included “Please keep him comfortable and free from pain. Please let his death be painless, easy and peaceful.” When the day finally came, Glynis responded quickly and she was sweet, thorough and efficient. Dr. Kimberly came the next morning and she cried along with us as she helped Bob cross over. It was peaceful and painless. None of us could ask for a better transition. He was home with familiar smells and sounds, surrounded by the people that loved him (still!) and he was calm and comfortable. Years ago, Central Texas Veterinary Specialty told us about Compassionate Pet Vet, and we’ve called on them three times now. The world is a better place because of their sacred work, and we’re very grateful for Dr. Maggie, Dr. Kimberly, and Glynis.
