From the first email exchange with Glynis to our final goodbyes led by Dr. Liz, my family felt deeply supported every step of the way. One of the most difficult experiences we have ever faced was handled with calm, compassion, and great care. Dr. Liz’s presence brought a sense of peace to a moment that could have felt overwhelming. She gently helped our other pup understand and say goodbye, and she took time to offer thoughtful guidance on how to talk with our toddler. The children’s books she recommended are already helping us navigate this loss together.
We sincerely appreciate the entire team. Even in our final moments, Gatlin’s tenderness was evident. He gave me the special gift of sneaking in one last kiss before tenderly transporting our sweet girl.
