We will be in direct contact with you shortly. We make every effort to connect with you the same day as your submission (usually within an hour). After business hours we will contact you the next business day.

The Personal Touch
We know that your decision to have an in-home euthanasia was not an easy one. Compassionate Pet Vet is a mobile service devoted to assisting you, so that your beloved friend experiences dignity and love in their last moments in accordance with your wishes. Once you have completed our Contact Form, our Care Team is available to personally assist you in this process.
To Make an Appointment
To request an appointment and to receive service options and pricing information, complete our Contact Form.
Immediately after submission, you will receive 2 responses. The first is a bounce-back on this website. The second will be an email sent from Care Team to the address you provided on the Contact Form.
Our Care Team will be in direct contact with your as soon as possible (usually within an hour) during our business hours (9am-4pm).
Our veterinarians work on an appointment-only basis and are available 7 days/week. Appointment times may vary from our business hours. We are generally booked 24 hours in advance, but we may also have openings for same-day appointments.
Although we would love to be able to be there for you; please take into consideration when booking an appointment that if your beloved friend is in dire distress and in need of immediate assistance; it may be better to seek emergency care so that he or she is not unduly suffering.
To Cancel an Appointment
Unfortunately, no matter how we might like things to happen, and have planned for them, our pets work on their own timing. If you have scheduled an appointment and no longer need it, please cancel by email as soon as possible, so that we may assist others.
A Cancellation Fee may be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointed time, depending on the circumstances.

In Urgent Circumstances
Although we would love to be able to be there for you; at times we cannot. We understand that your pet is your first priority.
If your beloved friend is in dire distress and in need of immediate assistance and you cannot reach us by text (512-553-8333) or email ([email protected]), or it is after hours; it may be better to seek emergency care so that he or she is not unduly suffering.
