It has taken me a few months of healing to be emotionally ready to write this testimonial, but I needed to make sure I came back to give this wonderful company their deserved praise. After a spirited, surprisingly long and happy 6 months of living with lymphoma and lung cancer, it was time to let Elphaba my Lab mix, my companion and friend of 15 years, be at peace. Dr. Kimberly is the kindest gentlest soul and immediately garnered so much trust that even in her end of life state, Elphie showed off one of her most prized toys. The experience was peaceful, gentle, and so very respectful. I am grateful for this care team and their support. We opted for individual cremation with their partner service. We were given the opportunity to say goodbye for as long as we needed and then she was carefully carried to a curtained vehicle in a comfortable basket respectfully covered with a blanket. No one wants to make this difficult decision, but if you must, you will find kindness and genuine compassion here. Thank you, Dr. Kimberly and the rest of the team for making a painful goodbye loving and dignified.
