Dr. Kimberly came to help us say goodbye to our beloved, 16-year-old kitty earlier this week. It’s an agonizing decision to make; you just never know when it’s the right time.  Dr. Kimberly was reassuring and compassionate, and it gave my husband and me peace of mind to know that she recognized that Spot was ready to go.  She was calm, quiet and caring throughout the experience. She showed as much care for us as she did for our kitty – and it was genuine. Her patience intuitively let us set the pace of the visit and the process. I want to thank her personally for Spot’s peaceful transition and making the experience as easy as possible for our family.
