We are very aware that depending on your pet’s needs, you may be anxiously awaiting a response.  If you have not received a response in a timely manner, please first check your spam folder for a message from Care Team. If no response is found, please text or call 512-553-8333. If you reach an answering machine, we are helping another client, please leave a detailed message.

Business hours are 9am – 4pm, daily. House calls are by appointment only and may vary from business hours.  

If your pet is in immediate distress and you cannot connect with us, please contact an emergency veterinary service.
